Teen coaching · GCC

Your teen has potential. Help them find focus, confidence and direction.

The phone is always in their hand, studies are slipping, and they’ve stopped talking to you. They don’t need more pressure. They need a mentor they’ll actually open up to.

Does this sound like your teen?

The signs parents usually notice first

  • Glued to screens, gaming or social media for hours?
  • Lost motivation for studies, procrastinating, unable to focus?
  • Angry, withdrawn or argumentative at home?
  • Anxious, low in confidence, or struggling to make friends?
  • Smart and full of potential, but with no direction or roadmap?

These aren’t “just a phase”, and they’re not a failure of your parenting. They are the exact challenges a teen coach is trained to work through.

How it works

Start with one session. Decide from there.

  1. 01

    Book one consultation

One session to understand your teen’s situation, with no programme to commit to first.

  2. 02

    Get an honest read

What is actually going on beneath the phone, the marks and the closed door, and whether coaching is the right fit.

  3. 03

    Build a mentorship roadmap

If it fits, your teen works with their mentor at their own pace, and you stay in the loop as a parent.

Why a mentor, not a lecture

Teens don’t open up to more rules. They open up to someone who listens first.

More pressure rarely moves a teenager. A trusted guide does. Crink coaches work one-to-one with your teen, building focus, confidence and a sense of direction at their pace, and keep you, the parent, in the loop with regular updates on progress and what to support at home.

If what your teen is carrying turns out to need clinical support rather than coaching, your coach will say so and help you get there. You can also explore parenting coaching for the GCC, anxiety counselling, and online counselling across the GCC.

FAQ

Teen coaching in the GCC, answered

How much does teen coaching cost in the GCC?

A single consultation is AED 115. The price is shown and charged in your own region’s currency, so the amount on the booking page is exactly what you pay. There is no programme fee to unlock first.

Who attends the first session, me or my teen?

Either. Many parents book the first consultation for themselves to explain the situation; others bring their teen straight in. Your coach will suggest the right shape for the sessions that follow.

What if my teen refuses to talk to a counsellor?

That is common, and it is exactly why this is coaching rather than counselling. Coaches start as a trusted guide who listens, not another adult with rules. Most teens open up once it is clear no one is there to lecture them.

Will I be told what my teen discusses?

Your teen’s trust is what makes the work possible, so sessions are private. You receive parent updates on progress, themes and what to support at home, not a transcript of what they said.

What ages is teen coaching for?

Roughly 13 to 19. For younger children, parenting coaching is usually the better starting point, and we will tell you if that is the case.

Can sessions fit school and Gulf working hours?

Yes. Sessions are online and shown in your local time, with after-school and late-evening slots that work around school timings and parents’ shifts.

Which languages are sessions available in?

Malayalam and English, with Hindi and Tamil also available across the Crink network.
