Is this you?

The days that end in guilt

  • Do you yell at your child, then feel terrible right after?
  • Daily battles over screens, homework, food, or bedtime?
  • Tantrums and “won’t listen” pushing you to the edge?
  • Managing it all while your spouse is abroad or working shifts?
  • Reading every parenting tip but too exhausted to follow through?

If you nodded to even one of these, you are not a bad parent. You are an overloaded one, and overload is exactly what coaching fixes.

What coaching gives you

Practical change, not another parenting lecture

01

A way out of the anger–guilt cycle

Calm, repeatable responses instead of yelling and regret, plus a plan for the moments you usually lose it.

02 Most asked for

Strategies that fit your actual life

Not generic advice. Steps built around your shifts, your commute, the school run and your evenings.

03

Tools for the battles you fight daily

Screen time, tantrums, defiance, sibling fights, homework standoffs and bedtime.

04

A partner in your corner

Someone who understands raising kids in the Gulf, far from grandparents and the family support back home.

One session, one price

AED 115 per session

Charged in your own region’s currency, so the amount here is the amount you pay.

  • One 50-minute session with a qualified psychologist
  • Online, in your own timezone, in Malayalam or English
  • A read on what is actually driving the battles at home
  • No programme to buy first, nothing that auto-renews

No subscription. Nothing renews. Continue only if it helps.

How it works

One conversation first. Everything else is optional.

  1. 01

    Book one consultation

No long commitment. Just one honest conversation about what is actually happening at home.

  2. 02

    Get a clear, personalised picture

Your coach helps you see why the same battles keep repeating, and what is really driving them.

  3. 03

    Continue only if it helps

If it is useful, carry on with a plan built around your family, at your pace. If not, you have still had real answers.

Why a single session first

You shouldn’t have to trust a programme before you trust the person.

Most parenting support asks you to commit to a package before you have met anyone. We do the opposite: one consultation, an honest read on what is happening at home, and a decision that stays yours. Crink works with parents across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, many of them raising children far from the grandparents and cousins who used to make this easier.

You can also explore our parenting programme, parenting stress counselling, and online counselling across the GCC.

FAQ

Parenting coaching in the GCC, answered

How much does a parenting coaching session cost in the GCC?

A single consultation is AED 115. The price is shown and charged in your own region’s currency, so the amount on the booking page is exactly what you pay. There is no separate programme fee to unlock first.

Do I have to sign up for a full programme?

No. You book one session. If it helps, you can continue with a plan built around your family, but nothing renews automatically and there is no package to buy up front.

Does my child need to attend?

Usually not. Parenting coaching works with you, the person who is in the room for every tantrum, every homework fight and every bedtime. Your coach will tell you if involving your child would help.

Is this therapy or coaching?

It is coaching: practical, forward-looking work on how you respond at home, led by qualified psychologists. If your coach sees something better served by therapy, for you or your child, they will say so and help you get there.

Can sessions fit Gulf working hours?

Yes. Sessions are online and shown in your local time, with early-morning and late-evening slots that fit shift work, split schedules and a spouse working in another country.

Which languages are sessions available in?

Malayalam and English, with Hindi and Tamil also available across the Crink network. Many Gulf-based parents prefer Malayalam for the harder conversations.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Sessions are private one-to-one video calls. Nothing you discuss is shared with your employer, your family or anyone else.
