Delete my Crink App Account

Enter your name, the email linked to your Crink account, and an optional reason or comment. Your mail app will open with a prefilled request for our team.

We process deletion requests under our privacy policy. After we verify ownership of the account, we remove personal data from Crink systems and confirm completion by email, usually within a few working days. Therapy billing records required for compliance may be retained in anonymised form where Indian law requires it.

Deleting the app account does not automatically cancel upcoming therapy sessions. If you also need to change bookings, email hello@crink.app or visit support with your session details.

Once deletion is complete, you will lose access to in-app chat history with Cri, saved wellbeing check-ins, and any linked preferences. You can create a new Crink account later with the same email if you decide to return.
